My Meliá Room was very spacious and well-equipped, it was a fab place. The bed felt really comfy and big. The views over the area were something, a really awesome touch. I enjoyed the customer service, it was oriented toward my needs.

The air conditioning was poor, this could be an issue if weather is very hot.

The hotel is close to many attractions and bars, it is very convenient. All tourist areas are accessible by walks, its proximity to points of interest is very useful. The hotel is adjacent to parks and river walks, it is a perfect combination.

The front desk was helpful, and the concierge provides clear instructions. Check-in was very ágil, I appreciated the quick process. The staff was attentive and offered a good level of service, I noticed their dedication.

I enjoyed a nice pool on floor 6th and the fitness area. I found the elevators interior of glass to be quick. The hotel is modern and well kept, everything looked in good condition.

The bar was cosy and the restaurant had a complete offer. The breakfast had variety with fresh fruit and tasty hot dishes. I enjoyed the quality of the products available, it was good.

missing remote absent water

i must express my disappointment with the lack of attention to detail. the television remote was missing from my meliá room ria view and i had to request it from the front desk. also, the promised complimentary water was absent, a small detail i find essential in a hotel of this supposed caliber. i found these oversights impacted my stay negatively. the staff did eventually provide a remote, but the initial lack of water seemed like cost cutting.

an okay stay

good location helpful staff busy breakfast cold food

the location was good. i could easily walk to the guggenheim museum and other interesting places. the staff at check-in were really cute and helpful with my questions. the bathroom size was spacious. the room itself was also a good size.

breakfast was too busy. the coffee machines weren't working either, annoying. room service was not good. hot food came cold. when i told reception, they said discounting it wasn't their job and told me to write a review instead.
